Membership is for business, i.e., an entity with its own business objective. There is no restriction on how many business you will be able to register and operate on MyBiC, and it does not even need to be a formal business. You are also welcome to use MyBiC to manage your personal financial affairs, e.g., investment properties. The businesses you register may have different membership types. You can use one single user ID (your email address) to log onto the platform to manage all of your businesses.
Providing You Essential Services at no Cost

Following registration on the platform, you will get free MyBiC-Essential membership. With this membership type, you will be able to use all of the features of MyBiC-Core with a number of restrictions. A MyBiC-Essential membership may be upgraded to MyBiC-Silver membership at any time. You can also downgrade your membership back to MyBiC-Essential at any time.

  • Up to 3000 transaction records within a year.
  • Up to 100MB of total file size for documents within a year.
  • Up to 5 active users at a time.
  • Up to 5 active staff members at a time.
  • Up to 300 active products at a time.
  • Standard format for documentations generated by the platform, including, but not limited to reports, invoices etc, may include a note that the document is generated by MyBiC.
  • Support queries may not be answered promptly.
Providing You with Full Core Services at a Small Pay-As-You-Go Fee

If your business has a scale that MyBiC-Essential is no longer able to meet your needs, you can upgrade to MyBiC-Silver membership at any point of time. A monthly fee of A$29 will be a small expense to your business, saving you capital expenditure for IT equipment, networking, software acquisitions and running costs for IT maintenance. With MyBiC-Silver membership, you will enjoy:

  • Unlimited transaction records.
  • Up to 2GB of total file size for documents within a year.*
  • Unlimited active users.
  • Up to 50 active staff members at a time.
  • Unlimited number of products.
  • Support of multiple divisions within the same business.
  • Support transactions in foreign currencies.
  • Customisable formats, which may include the logo of your own business, for documentations generated by the platform, where the reference that the document is generated by MyBiC can be removed.
  • Additional support facilities ensuring speedy response for enquiries.
  • Option to turn off advertisement feeds within the functional area.
*Extra storage space for documents can be purchased for MyBiC-Silver membership.
To Meet Your Industry Specific Needs

You will be a MyBiC-Gold member when you use at least one of our industry specific modules. This type of membership includes MyBic-Silver membership. When you stop using any industry specific module, your membership will be automatically downgraded to MyBiC-Essential, which can be upgraded to MyBiC-Silver at any time if you choose to do so.

For Custom Made Solutions For Your Business

If you have a relationship with us to develop and maintain modules that are only used by your business, you will be a Diamond member of the platform. This type of membership automatically includes MyBiC-Silver membership.
